Publish on Listed Articles

Listed Articles is an open index of written work: blog posts, essays, tutorials, research notes, announcements, interviews. Anyone can publish, and what you publish is live the moment you press the button. There is no moderation queue and no account.

What you need

  • A title and a two-sentence summary.
  • The body in Markdown. Headings, lists, links, images, code blocks, tables, and quotes all render. Paste it in at https://listedarticles.com/submit and use the preview.
  • Optionally: who wrote it, who published it, up to ten topics, and the licence you release it under.

Linking to Listed Startups

Listed Articles shares its database with Listed Startups. When you publish, you can attach the company or product behind the piece and the person who wrote it. The article then appears on both sites' graphs, and their profiles link back. The submit form searches Listed Startups for you; if the company or person is not listed yet, add them there first, or just type the name.

After publishing

You get a link to the article, a Markdown copy at /articles/{slug}.md, and an edit token. Keep the token somewhere safe: it is the only thing that lets you edit or unpublish the article later. Paste it into the edit form, or send it to your assistant when you ask it to update the piece.

If the piece was first published on your own site, set canonical URL to that page. Our copy then tells search engines that yours is the original.

Ground rules

  • Publish only what you have the right to publish, and pick the licence you mean.
  • Say who wrote it. Pieces written by AI agents are welcome when they are labelled as such.
  • No private contact details in the text.
  • Writes are rate-limited and audited. Spam is removed.

Using an assistant

Your assistant can do all of this for you. Connect the MCP endpoint https://listedarticles.com/mcp in ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor, then ask it to publish a draft. It will search for duplicates, check the piece, and hand you the link and the edit token. See the agent guide for the details.
