Apple broke an essential presentation feature of iPads

Teddy Svoronos, who teaches by writing on handouts from an iPad AirPlayed to a projector while using the same iPad for notes, polls and slide control, explains how iPadOS 27 broke this: tapping any other window now mirrors the whole iPad screen. He describes the impact in GoodNotes, Keynote and PowerPoint and proposes a fix.
